Dmac Construction is engaged in the business of
General Construction. Because we have dedicated ourselves
to personally attend to every aspect of the job-in-progress, we are able to
work with each client in an environment of client-contractor team relationship.
This "Team" concept promotes consistent consulting practices very necessary
to ensuring complete understanding of the client's needs and wishes.
Dmac
recognizes the special licensing required for specific municipalities and, consequently, uses outside
contractors for these phases of work. We do, however, have our own forces for all
other aspects of the construction projects. This in-house
capability ensures our control of quality, productivity, and price effectiveness of each contract.
Our combined permanent staff has more
than 250 years' experience in general construction. We
strive to complete
every project on or before schedule and within the approved budget. Our
success and steady growth have been possible due to client and bank referrals.
